Operating Voltage: 12V (1 x 23A -12V battery)
Standby current: 4uA
Operating Current: 14mA
Operating Frequency: 433Mhz
Transmitting Distance: 500m / 1500ft (theoretically)
Modulation Mode: ASK
Operating Temperature: -20 ° C to +70 ° C
Unit Size: 92mm x 40mm x 15mm

Linear Actuator Parameters:
Optional working voltage: DC 12V or DC 24V. Unless you only have 12V power supply available, we recommend you choose the linear actuator with 24V working voltage.
Stroke range: 8 inches or 200 mm
Optional speed: 5±1mm/s, 9±2mm/s, 18±4mm/s, 25±5mm/s, 32±6mm/s, 50±10mm/s, 100±15mm/s
The above is the speed at no load, and the actual working speed will gradually slow down as the load increases.
Max Load capacity: 6000N / 600 Kgs / 1300 lbs at 5mm/s
Linear actuator can get maximum load capacity when it operates in the vertical direction, and the pulling force is less than pushing force.
No-load current: 1~2A at 12V or 0.5~1A at 24V
Full load current: 6~12A at 12V or 3~6A at 24V
Please use a 12V/10A or 24V/5A power supply to power a linear actuator, or use a 12V/20A or 24V/10A power supply to power two linear actuators, or use a 12V/50A or 24V/25A power supply to power four linear actuators.
Shaft diameter: 24mm
Mounting holes diameter: 10mm
Housing Material: Aluminum Alloy
Stroke Rod Material: Aluminum Alloy
Gear Material: Polymer Plastic

Setting different control modes:
1) Setting Interlocking mode: Turn the mode switch in the receiver to "L".
The operation by the transmitter, such as CP-3:
Press button ▲ on the transmitter: The linear actuator extends outward.
Press button ■ on the transmitter: The linear actuator stops extending outward.
Press button ▼ on the transmitter: The linear actuator retracts inward.
Press button ■ on the transmitter: The linear actuator stops retracting inward.

2) Setting Momentary mode: Turn the mode switch in the receiver to "M".
The operation by the transmitter, such as CP-3:
Press and hold button ▲ on the transmitter: The linear actuator extends outward; Release button ▲: The linear actuator stops extending outward.
Press and hold button ▼ on the transmitter: The linear actuator retracts inward; Release button ▼: The linear actuator stops retracting inward.

Limit terminals:
The receiver has limit terminals, and you can connect external devices (with normally closed contact), such as sensors, limit switches to limit terminals, then use them to limit the stroke of the linear actuator.
For example, you can connect two normally closed limit switches to terminals “COM” and “UP”, and connect another normally closed limit switches to terminals “COM” and “DOWN”.
When the linear actuator extends outward, if discount two terminals “COM” and “UP”, the linear actuator automatically stop extending outward.
When the linear actuator retracts inward, if discount two terminals “COM” and “DOWN”, the linear actuator automatically stop retracting inward.

Wired control terminals:
The receiver has wired control terminals, and you can connect external devices (with normally open contact), such as manual switches to wired control terminals, then use them to control the linear actuator.
For example, you can connect three manual switches to wired control terminals “STOP”, “S1”, “COM” and “S2” according to following wiring diagram.

1) Control mode Interlocking:
When connect two terminals “S1” and “COM”, the linear actuator extends outward. And when connect two terminals “STOP” and “COM”, the linear actuator stops extending outward.
When connect two terminals “S2” and “COM”, the linear actuator retracts inward. And when connect two terminals “STOP” and “COM”, the linear actuator stops retracting inward.

2) Control mode Momentary:
When connect two terminals “S1” and “COM”, the linear actuator extends outward. And when disconnect two terminals “S1” and “COM”, the linear actuator stops extending outward.
When connect two terminals “S2” and “COM”, the linear actuator retracts inward. And when disconnect two terminals “S2” and “COM”, the linear actuator stops retracting inward.
