Note: This synch module requires two or more to be used together.
Package Include:
1 x Bidirectional Synchronous Module: SM003-4D-5000
1 x User manual
Introduction:
This synchronization module is a bi-directional wireless device with integrated transmit and receive functions. It has 4 relay outputs, 4 manual buttons and 4 external manual switch terminals.
Two or more synchronization modules can form a wireless synchronized remote control system. Any module can be set as a master module, like a transmitter, or as a slave module, like a receiver. The relay outputs of the slave module will automatically synchronize with the trigger signal of the master module.
For example, when a manual button of the master module are connected, this module will transmit a wireless signal, and its own relay output will not be activated. When the slave module receives this wireless signal, it will be triggered synchronously, and its corresponding relay output will be activated. When a manual button of the master module are disconnected, this module will transmit a wireless signal again. When the slave module receives this wireless signal, it will be triggered synchronously, and its corresponding relay output will be disactivated.
Application:
This system may be used in all types of industry automation, agriculture, business, home, factory, house, farm, garage, vehicle, ship, aerial vehicle, etc. It can remote control different DC / AC equipment on land, water, and air, such as pumps, lights, doors, windows, lamps, sockets, locks, sirens, outlets, heaters, motors, fans, electric solenoid valves, and security alarm systems. The applications are endless.
Specific application examples are as follows:
Application 1: Automatic Water Tank Level Control
Connect the master module to the float switch and the slave module to the water pump.
When the liquid level changes trigger the float switch, the slave module is triggered to automatically start or stop the water pump, achieving automatic adjustment of the water tank level.
Application 2: Automatic Smoke Ventilation System
Connect the master module to the smoke detector and the slave module to the exhaust system.
When the smoke detector detects smoke, it will trigger the slave module, automatically turning on the exhaust system, achieving automatic ventilation in the event of smoke.
Application 3: Intrusion Alarm System
Connect the master module to the infrared detector and the slave module to the alarm horn or alarm system.
When the infrared detector detects an abnormal intrusion, it will trigger the slave module and activate the alarm horn or alarm system, enabling real-time alarm activation.
Feature:
Wireless control, easy to install.
Triggered By Dry Contact.
With Dry Relay Output: The relay output terminals are NO / NC (normally open / normally closed), serving as a switch.
Have a 6-position DIP switch. Position 1 is used for working mode selection; Position 2 is used for master-slave switching (For example, the ON position acts as the master module, and the OFF position acts as the slave module.); Positions 3-6 are used for frequency selection (16 combinations).
With learning button.
With four manual buttons: You can trigger the synchronous module by the manual buttons.
With four external manual switch terminals: You can connect the manual switches (with NO/NC contact) to the terminals <Button 1>, <Button 2>, <Button 3>, <Button 4> and <COM>, then use the manual switches to trigger the synchronization module.
With external antenna, the module has a farther working range.
The synchronous module can trigger another synchronous module from any place within a reliable working distance.
The wireless RF signal from the synchronous module can pass through walls, floors, doors, or windows, but it will lose some operating range.
The synchronous module can only be triggered by paired other synchronous modules.
Two or more sets of synchronized modules with different frequencies can be used in the same area, they will not interfere with each other.

Two synchronous modules can form a complete set, and the maximum working distance can reach 15000 feet (5000 meters) in an open area.
The maximum working distance is a theoretical data, it shall be operated in an open ground, no barriers, no interference. But in the practice, it will be hindered by trees, walls, or other construction, and will be interfered by other wireless signals. Therefore, the actual working distance may not reach this maximum distance.
