Package Include:
1 x Receiver: S1FA-DC
1 x Transmitter: CP-6
1 x User manual
Application:
For long range wireless remote control speed, CW, and CCW of 12V~30V 50W~100W DC electric motor.
Feature:
Wireless control, easy to install.
Suitable for brushed DC motor.
You can control the motor CW and CCW by the transmitter.
You can adjust the speed of the motor with a knob on the receiver or two buttons (4 & 6) on the transmitter.
With limit control terminals: You can connect limit switches, optoelectronic switches, proximity switches, or hall switches (NPN normally open type) to stop the motor.
With wired control terminals: You can connect manual switches to control the motor.
The transmitter / remote can control the receiver from any place within a reliable working distance.

2 Selectable Modes: Interlocking, Momentary
Coding Type: Fixed code
Coding method: By soldering
Quiescent Current: ≤6mA
Rated Current: 4A
The maximum starting current of motor cannot exceed 8A.
Maximum Rated Power: 50W for 12VDC, or 100W for 24VDC.

Case Size: 115 x 90 x 40 mm
Transmitter:
Model: CP-6
Operating Voltage: 12V (1 x 23A -12V battery)
Channel/Button: 6
Button Symbol: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
Operating Frequency: 433MHz
Modulation Mode: ASK
Encode: Fixed code by soldering
Remote Control Distance: 500m / 1500ft (theoretically)
Unit size: 85 x 36 x 16 mm
Working Range:
The kit has a maximum working distance of 500 meters in open areas.
The maximum working distance is a theoretical data, it shall be operated in an open ground, no barriers, no interference. But in the practice, it will be hindered by trees, walls, or other construction, and will be interfered by other wireless signals. Therefore, the actual working distance may not reach this maximum distance.
Wiring:
1) Connect the positive pole of DC power supply to terminal “INPUT+” of the receiver, and connect the negative pole of DC power supply to terminal “INPUT-” of the receiver.
2) Connect the two wires of the DC motor to the terminals “OUTPUT+” and “OUTPUT-” of the receiver; you can exchange these two wires to change the rotating direction of motor.
Setting different working modes:
1) Setting Interlocking mode: Turn off all bits of the dip switch.
The operation by the transmitter CP-6:
Press the button 1 on the transmitter: Motor CW.
Press the button 2 on the transmitter: Motor CCW.
Press the button 3 on the transmitter: Motor stops.
Press and hold the button 4 on the transmitter: The speed of the motor will gradually speed up.
Press and hold the button 6 on the transmitter: The speed of the motor will gradually slow down.
The button 5 is useless.
2) Setting Momentary mode: Turn on the third bit of the dip switch.
The operation by the transmitter CP-6:
Press and hold the button 1 on the transmitter: Motor CW.
Release the button 1: Motor stops.
Press and hold the button 2 on the transmitter: Motor CCW.
Release the button 2: Motor stops.
Press and hold the button 4 on the transmitter: The speed of the motor will gradually speed up.
Press and hold the button 6 on the transmitter: The speed of the motor will gradually slow down.
The button 5 is useless.
Speed adjustment:
You can twist “Adjustable potentiometer” to adjust the speed of the motor.
Turn the knob clockwise, the speed will gradually speed up.
Turn the knob counterclockwise, the speed will gradually slow down.
Wired control terminals:
The receiver has wired control terminals, and you can connect external devices with normally open contacts, such as manual switches to wired control terminals, then use them to control the motor.
For example, connect our 2 Position UP DOWN Push Button Switch Control Box or Dual Pedal Momentary Foot Switch to wired control terminals <Signal ->, <Signal input 1>, <Signal ->, and <Signal input 2> according to following wiring diagram.

When pressing and holding the UP button, the motor CW.
When releasing the UP button, the motor stops.
When pressing and holding the DOWN button, the motor CCW.
When releasing the DOWN button, the motor stops.
Limit control terminals:
The receiver has limit control terminals, and you can connect external devices (with normally open contacts), such as limit switches, optoelectronic switches, proximity switches, or hall switches (NPN normally open type) to limit terminals, then use them to stop the motor.
For example, you can connect the normally open limit switch 1 to terminals <Sensor 1-> and <Limit input 1>, and connect the normally open limit switch 2 to terminals <Sensor 2-> and <Limit input 2>.
When motor CW, if the limit switch 1 is activated, the motor will stop automatically.
When motor CCW, if the limit switch 2 is activated, the motor will stop automatically.
