Package Include:
1 x Receiver: S1PF3-DC
1 x User manual
Note: This product does not include the remote control (transmitter), please purchase it separately.

Application:
It can long range wireless remote control the extension and retraction of DC the electric linear actuator.

Features:
Wireless remote control, easy to install.
Two operating voltage versions: DC 12V, 24V optional.
With limit control terminals: You can connect limit switches or sensors to restrict Linear Actuator Stroke.
You can remote control the electric linear actuator extension and retraction.
with the transmitter from any place within a reliable distance.
You also can ccontrol the electric linear actuator extension and retraction by button on the receiver.
With reverse power protection and over current protection.
The RF wireless signal can pass through walls, floors and doors.
Reliable control: The receiver only works with the transmitter which use same code.
One/several transmitters can control one/several receivers simultaneously.
You can use two or more units in the same place.

Receiver Parameters:
Model No: S1PF3-DC

Wire range for the terminals: 22-12 AWG
Operating Temperature: -20 ° C to +70 ° C
Case size: 100 x 67 x 39 mm

Suitable transmitters:
The receiver can work with different transmitters, such as model CP-3 (500 meters / 1500 feet range)CG-3 (wall mounted, 500 meters / 1500 feet range), and CB-3-2 (1000 meters / 3000 feet range).

Working Range:
With a transmitter (such as CP-3) to form a complete set, the maximum working distance can reach 500 meters in an open ground.
The maximum working distance is a theoretical data, it shall be operated in an open ground, no barriers, no any interference. But in the practice, it will be hindered by trees, walls or other constructions, and will be interfered by other wireless signals. Therefore, the actual distance may not reach this maximum working distance.
If you want to have a further working range, you can install an external antenna to the receiver, and you also can use a powerful transmitter, such as transmitter CB-3-2.

Usage:
The receiver can be used to control DC 12V 24V electric linear actuator.

Wiring:
1) Connect two wires of DC electric linear actuator to output terminals <MOTOR> of the receiver, and you can exchange these two wires to change the moving direction of linear actuator.
2) Connect the positive pole of DC power supply to input terminal <VCC> of the receiver.
3) Connect the negative pole of DC power supply to input terminal <GND> of the receiver.

Setting different control modes:
1) Setting Interlocking mode: Connect JP1, or disconnect JP1 & JP2
1-1) Control linear actuator by transmitter CP-3:
Press button ▲ of the transmitter: The electric linear actuator connected to receiver extends outward.
Press button ■ of the transmitter: The electric linear actuator connected to receiver stops extending outward.
Press button ▼ of the transmitter: The electric linear actuator connected to receiver retracts inward.
Press button ■ of the transmitter: The electric linear actuator connected to receiver stops retracting inward.

1-2) Control linear actuator by manual buttons in receiver:
Press button K3 in receiver: The electric linear actuator connected to receiver extends outward.
Press button K1 in receiver: The electric linear actuator connected to receiver retracts inward.
Press button K2 in receiver: The electric linear actuator connected to receiver stops.

2) Setting Momentary mode: Only connect JP2
2-1) Control linear actuator by transmitter CP-3:
Press and hold button ▲ of the transmitter: The electric linear actuator connected to receiver extends outward.
Release button ▲: The electric linear actuator connected to receiver stops extending outward.
Press and hold button▼ of the transmitter: The electric linear actuator connected to receiver retracts inward.
Release button ▼: The electric linear actuator connected to receiver stops retracting inward.

2-2) Control linear actuator by manual buttons in receiver:
Press and hold button K3 in receiver: The electric linear actuator connected to receiver extends outward.
Release button K3 in receiver: The electric linear actuator stops.
Press and hold button K1 in receiver: The electric linear actuator connected to receiver retracts inward.
Release button K1 in receiver: The electric linear actuator stops.

Restrictive function:
You can connect two limit switches or sensors (normally close type) to terminals “X1” and “X2”, and then you can use limit switches or sensors to restrict Linear Actuator Stroke.
When the electric linear actuator extends, if the actuator collides with the external limit switch, the electric linear actuator will stop automatically.
When the electric linear actuator retracts, if the actuator collides with the external limit switch, the electric linear actuator will stop automatically.
