1 x Receiver: S2PU-AC380-ANT3
1 x Transmitter: CG-3
1 x User manual

Application:
For long range control three phase 220V or 380V electric motor to rotate clockwise (CW), counterclockwise (CCW) and stop.

Features:
Wireless control, easy to install.
Universal Power Supply: AC 220~380V, support AC 220V, AC 240V, AC 380V.
Relay Output: This receiver is relay output. The terminals are NO / NC (normally open / normally closed), which serves as a switch. That means you should also connect a separate power supply to equipments.
With 3 manual buttons: You can press the manual buttons to control the equipments.
With external telescopic antenna, the receiver have a farther working range.
You can rotate the motor in the positive or reversal direction with the transmitter (remote control) from any place within a reliable distance.
Wireless RF signal can pass through walls, floors, doors or windows.
With characteristics of reverse power protection and over current protection.
One/several transmitters can control one/several receivers simultaneously.
You can use two or more units in the same place.

Suitable transmitters:
The receiver can work with different transmitters, such as model CP-3 (500 meters / 1500 feet range)CG-3 (wall mounted, 500 meters / 1500 feet range), and CB-3-2 (1000 meters / 3000 feet range).

Working Range:
With a transmitter (such as CG-3) to form a complete set, the maximum working distance can reach 500 meters in an open ground.
The maximum working distance is a theoretical data, it shall be operated in an open ground, no barriers, no any interference. But in the practice, it will be hindered by trees, walls or other constructions, and will be interfered by other wireless signals. Therefore, the actual distance may not reach this maximum working distance.
If you want to have a further working range, you can replace antenna to the receiver, and you also can use a powerful transmitter, such as transmitter CB-3-2.

Usage:
The receiver can be used to control 3 phase 220V or 380V electric motor, and it can’t directly connected to the 3 phase motor. It must be used with AC contactor.

Wiring:
Connect the receiver, AC contactor, 3-phase motor, and three-phase power supply according to the connection diagram below, and then use the buttons on the transmitter or receiver to control the 3-phase motor.

Setting different control modes:
1) Setting Interlocking mode: Turn on the dip switch 1, and turn off the dip switch 2.
The operation of Interlocking mode with the transmitter CG-3
Press the button ▼ on the transmitter: Relay 1 of the receiver is activated, contactor 1 contacts are closed, and the 3 phase motor rotates in the positive direction.
Press the button ■ on the transmitter: Relay 1 of the receiver is deactivated, contactor 1 contacts are disconnected, and the 3 phase motor stops.
Press the button ▲ on the transmitter: Relay 2 of the receiver is activated, contactor 2 contacts are closed, and the 3 phase motor rotates in the reversal direction.
Press the button ■ on the transmitter: Relay 2 of the receiver is deactivated, contactor 2 contacts are disconnected, and the 3 phase motor stops.

2) Setting Momentary mode: Turn off the dip switch 1 and 2.
The operation of Momentary mode with the transmitter CG-3
Press and hold button ▼ of the transmitter: Relay 1 of the receiver is activated, contactor 1 contacts are closed, and the 3 phase motor rotates in the positive direction.
Release button ▼: Relay 1 of the receiver is deactivated, contactor 1 contacts are disconnected, and the 3 phase motor stops.
Press and hold button ▲ of the transmitter: Relay 2 of the receiver is activated, contactor 2 contacts are closed, and the 3 phase motor rotates in the reversal direction.
Release button ▲: Relay 2 of the receiver is deactivated, contactor 2 contacts are disconnected, and the 3 phase motor stops.

Controlled via buttons on the receiver:
Press manual button ▼ of the receiver: Relay 1 of the receiver is activated, contactor 1 contacts are closed, and the 3 phase motor rotates in the positive direction.
Press manual button ■ of the receiver: Relay 1 of the receiver is deactivated, contactor 1 contacts are disconnected, and the 3 phase motor stops.
Press manual button ▲ of the receiver: Relay 2 of the receiver is activated, contactor 2 contacts are closed, and the 3 phase motor rotates in the reversal direction.
